• "I had the privilege of training with and working for Jaime from 2014 to 2015. I met Jaime the winter of 2014 in Lendon Gray’s Winter Intensive Training (WIT) Program where she was managing the program and also helping with training. During the program Jaime became aware of my riding goals and ambitions, and provided me with an incredible opportunity to compete her Grand Prix horse Eden Roc and try for FEI Young Riders. Eden Roc is owned by Lee Chamas, and with the support of Lee and Jaime I was given an opportunity I otherwise would not have had. I moved to New Jersey after the WIT program to work for Jaime and to start the Young Rider season. Jaime traveled all over the country with Eden and me to fit in all the required shows we needed as well as taking us to educational clinics with trainers like Morton Thompson. I could not have asked for a more supportive mentor and trainer as she always pushed me to go after my goals! The winter of 2015 I decided I wanted to move to Europe to train, and Jaime was one of my biggest supporters. She helped me to find the right job, and made sure I was prepared to go. I am currently still living in Europe, and Jaime continues to check in with me, and is also one of the first people I turn to for advice! Throughout these past few years Jaime has been an incredible trainer, mentor, and friend!"

  • "I have been riding with Jaime for almost 11 years, in that time going from a complete beginner to working on First Level dressage skills, and also competing in my first horse show. Jaime has guided me through the purchase of two great horses and has taught both myself and my daughter the basics of riding with patience and dedication, always teaching through emphasizing the positive, giving us both the confidence to grow as riders. She has given me a solid foundation upon which to continue to build my skills in dressage. I would recommend Jaime as a great teacher and coach to anyone, without hesitation."

  • "I started taking dressage lessons about 10 years ago with my horse Mickie, who I evented through Preliminary. Jaime was a huge help with getting her to accept the bit more and be more fluid in our lateral work. When Mickie sustained a terrible eye injury resulting in several surgeries and months of around the clock medications, I boarded her with Jaime. Jaime and Melissa were extremely trust worthy with her medications and care for the few months she was there. Recently I purchased Rewarding Moment, aka Pinky, from Jaime. She was her off the track project that Jaime took through Training level dressage and to a few Starter events. Jaime gave Pinky an amazing foundation in dressage and has been a huge help to me over the last year and change getting Pinky to First level. We are consistently scoring in the mid to upper 60's and I have Jaime to thank for that."

  • "I have had the pleasure of working with Jaime since October 2009. In six short months my horse and I have become more of a team than ever before. Jaime takes the time to teach how to ride correctly and learn true equitation. Her patience is simply extraordinary; she has a wonderful ability to find the underlying talent in your horse and bring it to the surface. Not only is she an exemplary trainer, but a beautiful rider herself. I love arriving to my lesson early and watching her school her own horses. I feel so lucky to be in her program, I would never trust my horse in anyone else's hands."

  • "My riding extravaganza began when I was four. My mom and I had been driving around for days going to this farm and that, looking for someone who would give me lessons. But they all gave the same response, "She's too young." My four-year-old self was not discouraged though, and one day we passed a local farm that we had not gone into. Jaime was unloading her truck and trailer. At the time, little did I know she was all flustered from her trip home from Florida, while I could barely contain my excitement to be on another farm. I was practically jumping up and down, and my mother couldn't get out of the car fast enough. When we asked Jamie about riding, her words changed my life. From that day forward, horses became my everything. We started with the rotten ponies that I couldn't get to move, as hard as I did try. Then we went to a friendly giant, Bubba. He was the sweetest. And onward. I had the amazing experience of trying all sorts of horses at a young age. When it was time for me to get my own, my parents and Jamie surprised me for my eleventh birthday with Sara. She was everything and more. Sara was an off-the-track Thoroughbred. She was kind, gentle, and taught me to jump off of a fast moving horse in case of an emergency. Yes, that was used a few times. But the bumps and bruises from falling, or jumping, were nothing compared to the connection I had with her. Then around the age of 13, I was lucky enough to get Rolex. Rolex was a seventeen year old Oldenburg. He was quite round when we got him and didn't enjoy to pick up the pace. That was a challenge. I fell in love with his gentle heart the minute I met him. The day we got him, we took him home and filmed a video of me riding him. This video was sent to Lendon Gray for her phenomenal Winter Intensive Training Program. Guess who helped me through all of my challenges and kept me humble during my successes? Jamie. She always pushed me forward. And when I needed to take a step back, Jamie always supported me. Through the off days to the best days, I've always been glad to have Jamie with me. She's never steered me wrong and has shown me love like a second mom."

  • "When I first started working with Jaime, I didn’t have an ounce of dressage knowledge and sat atop a young, spooky horse. But Jaime, patient and determined, completely transformed my riding and my horse’s riding. She is extremely experienced and effective, using exactly the right tools to accomplish our goals. Each lesson is unique, and with her training expertise and upbeat personality, I always leave the barn with a sense of personal achievement."
